聘用注意事項(Notice of hire)

1.請確認個人資料的正確性，如有錯漏，請自行於系統上修改。如已送單，請向承辦人重新核對資料正確性。
Please confirm whether personal information is correct. If there are any errors, make corrections in the system yourself. If the documents have already been submitted, please verify the accuracy of your information with the contact person again.

2.勞保加保不可追溯，請受聘者務必注意聘用時程。如有不可抗力之特殊情況，請務必與人事室業務承辦商討解決方案。
Please note that enrollment in Labor Insurance cannot be backdated, so make sure to adhere to the hiring schedule. If there are any special circumstances beyond your control, please discuss potential solutions with the Personnel Office before the hiring date.

3.聘用前，請受聘者先行衡量時數與薪資，一旦加保，當月薪資級距不得再做更正。
Before being hired, please assess if the working hours and wage are suitable for you. Once enrollment in Labor Insurance is completed, the wage range for that month cannot be revised.
